Pastor Bob, our senior pastor, became our ministry team leader at Taft Avenue Community Church in March of 1998. He and his wife began their full-time ministry with Village Missions in Hayfork, California, in May of 1981. They served there for 8 years before moving to Lancaster, California, as Senior Pastor of Lancaster Evangelical Free Church.
Pastor Bob has been married for 32 years to his wife, Vickie, and have four children and two son-in-laws. Pastor Bob regularly preaches through the books of the Bible in an expository fashion, verse by verse. Some of his favorite authors include: D.A. Carson, John Piper, C.S. Lewis, Tim Chester, J.I. Packer, Jerry Bridges, R.C. Sproul, John Stott, Joni Eareckson Tada, and Donald Whitney.
Cathy Keller | Children's House Preschool Director

Cathy, our preschool director, has worked in child development since 1975. She has been employed by the Children's House Christian Preschool, a ministry of TACC, since 1984, and has been directing the school since 1990. Cathy and her husband, Doug, have three sons and reside in Yorba Linda.
Marcia Lichte | Children's & Women's Ministries Director

Marcia Lichte joined the staff at Taft Avenue July 2010 as Children's Ministries Director. Marcia has been involved with children's and youth ministry in various capacities since 1997. She is married to Terry, who directs AWANA, and they have two children.
Alana Zheng | Office Administrator

Alana joined our staff as the church office administrator in 2015 when she and her husband Albert moved here from San Diego. She came to know Jesus in college and her desire is to serve God through using her talents to serve His people.
