3. A view of God as He is, as He has revealed Himself – not as we wish Him to be, but for who He is, Isaiah 6:1-7; Jeremiah 10:6-7; Malachi 1:11-14; Romans 11:33-36; Acts 17:24-31.

4. A right emotional response to God: dread, awe, love, trust, humility, obedience, Isaiah 6:1-6; 8:11-15; Luke 12:4-5.
