Give others the grace of encouragement this season.

Advent is a season of expectant waiting and reflection where we celebrate the first coming of Christ and joyfully anticipate His return. Focusing on this joyful triumphant future requires our hearts to be tuned to the Lord; prepared, strengthened, and confident.

Nehemiah points to the Greater Nehemiah, Jesus Christ, offering a look forward within the redemptive story arc. Nehemiah shows us how to step out boldly on behalf of faith, how to get involved, how to live in community with the gifts God has given. we are all one and have much to contribute.

"Motherhood is about the adoration and enjoyment of our great God," Gloria Furman. Changing our thoughts on the goals of motherhood. Rooting ourselves firmly in Christ as we navigate the motherhood path.

Shift our gaze to the "love uttermost" of our Savior Christ Jesus as we focus on the days leading up to the death of Jesus(Good Friday)and Easter. Dive into unimaginable love, love without boundaries, encumbrances, love wrapped in humility, love expressed as unfathomable mercy, amazing love poured out covering us in limitless grace.

As believing Christians it is often heart wrenching when our adult children flee from faith. What can we do and how should we interact with these wayward prodigals?

All Christians suffer. Either you have, you are, or you will. It is comforting to know we are not alone in this suffering as the presence of God is with us.

We should conclude that our sorrows at the death of a believer are joyful sorrows, and our rejoicing at the death of a believer is a sorrowful rejoicing. There is nothing hopeless about the sorrow. And there is nothing flippant about the joy. The joy hurts. And the sorrow is softened with invincible hope.

Pinning our hopes on a wordly ideal this Valentine's Day can leave us wanting more. When we realize it's not about us, it's about God, we are full of the indescribable joy that comes from the glory of God.

Titus 2 outlines the mutual benefit and blessing derived from life together where we support, serve, encourage, and learn from each other bound by the mercy and grace of our Lord...
